At Svanik, we make every endeavor to delight you with our products. However, we realize that sometimes you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase. We  are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of bill date as long as the items are in their original packaging and with all product tags in-tact. Do tell us what we could do better to delight you so that you can have a better experience on your next visit.

Please note returns are not accepted on personal use products such as Face-Masks for hygiene and safety reasons
